It was frustrating since we were only there for a short trip. On the brighter side, Dave at the bar was fantastic. He was friendly and kept us entertained while we waited. The staff did their best to accommodate us, but it just felt like they were short-staffed. Overall, this place has potential but needs to streamline their service process.

The heating unit blew cold air, with no hot water available! Not to mention broken lights in the room, unclear security protocols, and the sliding glass door was a struggle to operate! ! This hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate maintenance!
