We absolutely loved the classic vibe of the place. The drinks at the pool were so good, I couldn't stop ordering them, and the staff were surprisingly friendly throughout our stay.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still worth the experience.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the inviting pool area surrounded by palm trees and attentive staff who ensured a relaxing experience. The room was spacious and clean but had some minor issues, like inconsistent TV service and spots on the furniture. It’s a great option for families looking for a fun getaway, with potential for improvement in room amenities and maintenance.

missingWrote a review on Dec 10great atmospherefriendly staffunexpected chargesslow servicedaybed rental
Our room had a great layout, close to the pool, which was convenient. The proximity to downtown Palm Springs was perfect for exploring. However, we faced a major hassle with unexpected charges during check-out. We had $400 in room charges for food we never ordered. Thankfully, the front desk resolved it, but it took a significant amount of time. We also rented a daybed, expecting priority service, but it took forever to even get a drink order. It was frustrating since we were only there for a short trip. On the brighter side, Dave at the bar was fantastic. He was friendly and kept us entertained while we waited. The staff did their best to accommodate us, but it just felt like they were short-staffed. Overall, this place has potential but needs to streamline their service process.

The Margarita Resort beautifully blends modern amenities with mid-century charm, and the pool area felt like a hidden oasis, perfect for lounging with friends. The vibrant decorations reminded me of my younger days in the golden age of Palm Springs.
More elevators would enhance accessibility for seniors.

If you’re on a culinary quest, don’t miss out on the amazing bites at nearby Billy Reed's Restaurant—perfectly matched with Palm Springs vibes! The Side Bar at the Riviera Hotel offers a chill hangout with tasty cocktails. Plus, the staff? Super friendly and welcoming, making a dog-friendly stay even sweeter.
Now, here’s the scoop—watch your pennies! The price hike at check-in can bite, with sneaky fees adding up.

missingWrote a review on Nov 21heated poolcomfortable roomgreat outdoor areadisappointing patioparking lot view
The outdoor heated pool area and hot tub were a fantastic way to unwind after our long day of sight-seeing. It was great to have these available until late in the evening, making for a relaxing end to our busy days. Additionally, the room size was generous and quite comfortable. On the downside, we had some disappointment with our patio area being located right next to a valet parking lot, which wasn’t the serene outdoor space we hoped for.

Bikes for rent were amazing for exploring the area. Check-in took forever, though, which was really frustrating. The pool area had a nice vibe, but it could be cleaner.

Riviera Resort Palm Springs is a fantastic getaway! The pool area was vibrant and very inviting, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. My room featured modern decor and a cozy atmosphere, making it ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location also allows easy access to nearby dining and entertainment options, which was a big plus for us.
The room was a bit smaller than expected.

The heating unit blew cold air, with no hot water available! Not to mention broken lights in the room, unclear security protocols, and the sliding glass door was a struggle to operate! ! This hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate maintenance!

The hotel décor and pool area were beautiful, but the room needed serious attention. There were maintenance issues like a leaking ceiling and a broken shower head. Staff were friendly, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations for the price.
